On April 10th, the customs supervision operation site of Wuxi West Station Logistics Park was officially put into use. The first batch of “export direct loading” supervised and released goods in the province completed the “one-stop” clearance process here, and smoothly proceeded to Russia. This means that in the future, Wuxi’s railway export goods can complete the procedures such as advance declaration and local inspection “at the doorstep,” truly realizing “local goods, local transportation,” helping enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency, and effectively enhancing the market competitiveness of Wuxi-China-Europe trains. Wu Jianyuan, Vice Chairman of the Municipal CPPCC and Secretary of the District Committee, Li Yaping, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, Liu Binbin, Director of Wuxi Customs, Xu Xudong, Deputy Director of Nanjing Customs Port Supervision Office, Sha Jinfeng, Deputy Director of Wuxi Customs, Hua Xiangyang, Deputy Director of the Municipal Transportation Bureau, Huang Jun, Deputy Director of the Municipal Port Office, and Deputy District Head Yu Jie attended the inauguration ceremony.

At the meeting, the unveiling ceremony of the customs supervision operation site at Wuxi West Station Logistics Park and the launch of the first local clearance service for provincial China-Europe block trains were successfully completed at the railway customs supervision operation site of Wuxi West Station today. APIE as a key enterprise, signed a business cooperation agreement with Wuxi International Block Train Co., Ltd., jointly empowering Wuxi’s foreign trade enterprises, seizing trade opportunities along the Belt and Road countries and regions, striving for global orders, and enhancing cross-border trade efficiency and convenience.
