The APIE KR150C is a medium-sized rotary drilling rig designed for urban construction, bridge foundations, and high-rise buildings. Featuring a compact structure, user-friendly operation, and convenient transportation, this rig integrates modular design and strong power output to deliver high drilling efficiency. It is an ideal solution for modern foundation engineering.
The Straight Auger is a high-performance drilling tool designed for vertical soil excavation in piling operations. Its simple yet robust design makes it ideal for loosening and extracting cohesive soils, sands, and gravel during rotary drilling processes.
Uses the first domestic brand motor reducer: Shanghai Electric (providing original proof and anti-counterfeit verification) Uses a single-layer drum, powerful and long steel rope life Uses the first domestic brand motor reducer: Shanghai Electric (providing original proof and anti-counterfeit verification) Uses imported reducers, reliable and durable quality Uses sectional load-sensitive valve for action switch control, not using cheap and unreliable solenoid valves to switch oil circuits (low cost but poor reliability) Uses sectional load-sensitive valve for action switch control, not using cheap and unreliable solenoid valves to switch oil circuits (low cost but poor reliability)
The Vibroflot operates on the principle of vibration compaction. Its high-power vibrator generates high-frequency vibrations, which are transmitted to soil particles. Under the influence of these vibrations, loose soil particles rearrange themselves, reducing voids and significantly enhancing soil density and bearing capacity. Additionally, the built-in water flushing system assists in loosening the soil during operation, enabling the vibrator to penetrate deeper into the soil layers and further optimizing treatment results. Whether dealing with sandy soil, silty soil, or other liquefiable soils, the Vibroflot efficiently reinforces the soil, effectively preventing foundation settlement and providing a solid and stable base for superstructures.
Vibroflot Compaction is a deep compaction technique for densifying granular soils with less than 10 –15% silt present. This method is popular for improving reclaimed land. Under the influence of simultaneous vibration and saturation, loose sand and or gravel particles are repacked into a denser state and lateral confining pressure within the soil mass is increased. The Vibroflot is normally suspended from a standard crawler crane or a piling rig.
