A Side Grip Vibro Hammer is an excavator-mounted tool that clamps onto the side of a pile (sheet, H-beam, tube) to drive it into the ground or extract it, offering significant advantages for jobs in confined spaces, under bridges, or where height is limited, as it eliminates the need for tall cranes and allows for handling and pitching the pile with the same machine. This specialized equipment provides greater control and efficiency in complex site conditions by gripping the pile laterally, allowing for vertical vibrations without the height restrictions of traditional top-grip hammers.
Our tremie pipes, crafted from premium drawn steel plates for exceptional durability, feature threaded male-female joints for easy assembly. The standard set includes 4m bottom pipes, 3m standard pipes, and 0.5–2m short pipes. Ideal for bored pile concrete pouring, these pipes are lowered through steel reinforcement cages to deliver concrete precisely, preventing defects like segregation or gaps, shielding concrete from contamination, and ensuring superior pile construction quality.
